.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL THROUGH SATURDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES AND
HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. THE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN EARLY NEXT WEEK AS AN
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS WITH
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW EXPECTED ON TUESDAY.
