A MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT...AS SURFACE
LOW PRESSURE REMAINS TO THE SOUTH AND AS HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS TO
THE NORTH. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
EXPECTED TODAY IN RESPONSE TO AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. DRY
CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL LATER TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AS THE
DISTURBANCE MOVES EAST. GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW EXPECTED
FRIDAY...AS A STRONG COLD FRONT APPROACHES CENTRAL TEXAS. THE FRONT
WILL ARRIVE EARLY SATURDAY MORNING AND PRODUCE STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW IN ITS WAKE.
