.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING PROVIDING A STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW IN ITS WAKE. THE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN
BY THIS EVENING. THE HIGH PRESSURE AREA WILL MOVE EAST ON TUESDAY
WITH A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW FORMING. ANOTHER SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
BRINGING MORE DRY AND COOL AIR WILL PUSH THROUGH THE WATERS ON
WEDNESDAY MORNING. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
AND THEN STRENGTHEN THROUGH FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE WEAKENS AND
MOVES EAST.
