.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...ANOTHER VIGOROUS
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LEAD TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW ONCE AGAIN
TODAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS DRAGGING
A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT. THIS FRONT WILL LEAD TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS AND AN ABRUPT WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST. STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WILL BE BRIEF AS WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE QUICKLY SETTLES INTO CENTRAL TEXAS. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW
WILL RETURN BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS THE HIGH SHIFTS INTO THE DEEP
SOUTH. ONSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT
WITH ANOTHER FRONT PUSHING OFFSHORE FRIDAY. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
BECOME ONSHORE BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST
OF THE REGION.
