SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A FRONTAL BOUNDARY NEAR THE COAST THIS MORNING...WILL GRADUALLY
WEAKEN AND DISSIPATE TODAY AND TONIGHT. A WEAK TO MODERATE
NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW WILL BE THE RESULT OF THE BOUNDARY. ONSHORE
FLOW WILL INCREASE ON TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER WEST
TEXAS. A PERSISTENT MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN PERSIST
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
