.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN TODAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS
WESTERN TEXAS. THE SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL WEAKEN SLIGHTLY ON
SATURDAY BUT REMAIN AT MODERATE LEVELS AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO
CENTRAL TEXAS AND STALLS. THE WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN EVEN
FURTHER EARLY NEXT WEEK AS THE FRONT MOVES LITTLE.
