SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
A WEAK TO
MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW WILL BECOME EASTERLY THIS AFTERNOON AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES. A WEAK SURFACE RIDGE OF
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF COAST STATES WILL MAINTAIN AN EAST TO
NORTHEAST FLOW WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE MOVING
WESTWARD ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE
EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
