SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
A WEAK SURFACE
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF COAST STATES WILL MAINTAIN AN
EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE MOVING
WESTWARD ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE
EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
STRENGTHEN SLIGHTLY ON SUNDAY AS THE LOW MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN
GULF COAST STATES AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE LEE OF THE
ROCKIES.
