LOW PRESSURE MOVING WESTWARD ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF WILL
MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW THROUGH
SATURDAY. ONSHORE FLOW IS THEN EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BY SUNDAY AND
THEN STRENGTHEN ON MONDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS WEST
TEXAS.
