SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
A WEAK WIND FIELD
IS EXPECTED THROUGH SATURDAY. LAND BREEZE INDUCED OFFSHORE FLOW IN
THE MORNING WILL BECOME ONSHORE DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS AS THE
SEA BREEZE DEVELOPS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY BECOME
ESTABLISHED ON SUNDAY AND THEN STRENGTHEN ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE REGION AND MEXICO.
