SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A COMPLEX OF SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL MOVE EAST EARLY THIS MORNING.
ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN THIS AFTERNOON...AS LOW PRESSURE OVER
SOUTHWEST TEXAS CONTINUES. A WEAK BOUNDARY WILL MOVE INTO SOUTH
TEXAS WEDNESDAY...HELPED IN PART BY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING OVER THE BRUSH COUNTRY AND RIO GRANDE PLAINS OVERNIGHT.
THIS WILL RESULT IN A MORE EASTERLY WIND AS WELL AS AN INCREASE IN
THE CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE WEAK BOUNDARY WILL
PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH WEAK TO
MODERATE NORTHEASTERLY WINDS DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. NORTHEASTERLY
FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY THEN BECOME
SOUTHEASTERLY BY LATE SATURDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE
TEXAS PANHANDLE.
