SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE FROM NORTHEAST TEXAS TO THE NORTHWESTERN
GULF OF MEXICO WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE
EASTERLY FLOW THROUGH THE WEEKEND. A WEAK RETURN FLOW DEVELOPS
MONDAY AND SLIGHTLY INCREASES THROUGH MID WEEK AS LOW PRESSURE
INCREASES ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.
