.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY AND LOW PRESSURE
OVER THE SOUTHERN GULF OF MEXICO WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE
NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
THROUGH FRIDAY. EASTERLY WINDS AND SEAS WILL INCREASE OVER THE
WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE AREA APPROACHES FROM THE WESTERN GULF OF
MEXICO. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE OUT OF NORTHERN
MEXICO INTO SOUTH TEXAS ON SUNDAY PROVIDING A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. THE SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE AREA WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTH-CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO WITH
A MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW DEVELOPING OVER THE WATERS.
