.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL
WATERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TODAY. EAST TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS
AND SEAS WILL INCREASE OVER THE WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE AREA
APPROACHES FROM THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO. AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO SOUTH TEXAS ON SUNDAY PROVIDING A
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS INTO
EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL MOVE INTO
THE NORTH-CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO MONDAY WITH A MODERATE TO STRONG
NORTHERLY FLOW CONTINUING OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TUESDAY.
