.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK ONSHORE
FLOW WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE BY TONIGHT AS THE SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE AREA MOVES EAST ACROSS THE GULF OF MEXICO AND AN AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS OF WEST
TEXAS. THE MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY
MONDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH OFFSHORE MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH
STRONG OFFSHORE EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
GRADUALLY WEAKEN TUESDAY NIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES ACROSS THE
REGION.
