.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A STRONG COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE OFFSHORE THIS MORNING CAUSING WINDS SHIFT TO THE
NORTH TO NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS NEAR GALE
FORCE POSSIBLE. WINDS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE FROM NORTHWEST TO
SOUTHEAST TONIGHT AND WILL BECOME WEAK ON TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
SETTLES ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP WEDNESDAY
AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST OF THE REGION. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK AS LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPS ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.
