.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS TUESDAY AFTERNOON
WITH A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. SCATTERED TO
NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND AHEAD OF
THE FRONT. MUCH DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT BY
WEDNESDAY. THE OFFSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN
THROUGH THURSDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY SETTLES ACROSS SOUTH
TEXAS. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST ON FRIDAY...WITH ONSHORE FLOW
RESUMING.
