.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND LARGE SEAS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THURSDAY
DUE TO THE STRONG GRADIENT BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING OVER
SOUTH TEXAS AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING ACROSS THE WESTERN GULF.
AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTRIBUTE TO WIDESPREAD RAIN
WITH EMBEDDED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH TONIGHT. SHOWERS
WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST THURSDAY AS THE UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM
SHIFTS EAST. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO RELAX AND BECOME MODERATE
BY THE END OF THE WEEK. EAST TO NORTHEASTERLY FLOW THEN CONTINUES
