.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS
ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL
PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT. GUSTS 35 TO 40 KNOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE INITIAL WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST. WINDS WILL WEAKEN BY
FRIDAY...HOWEVER WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN ON SATURDAY AS A
COASTAL TROUGH DEVELOPS OVER THE GULF WATERS.
