.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
OFFSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL DECREASE TODAY THEN BECOME ONSHORE
THIS EVENING AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER SOUTHEAST TEXAS MOVES
EAST. A WEAK COASTAL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT
AND WEDNESDAY TO PROVIDE A SMALL CHANCE FOR LIGHT RAIN. MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON WEDNESDAY AHEAD OF A STRONG ARCTIC
COLD FRONT. THIS FRONT WILL ARRIVE EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. VERY
STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES WILL DEVELOP IN
ITS WAKE...WITH GALE CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE GULF WATERS
AND ROUGH TO VERY ROUGH BAY CONDITIONS. RAIN WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
