.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AREAS OF DENSE SEA FOG WILL PERSIST BEYOND DAYBREAK...BUT IS
EXPECTED TO GRADUALLY LIFT THIS MORNING WITH THE PASSAGE OF A
WEAK BOUNDARY AS IT BRINGS DRIER AIR INTO THE AREA. ONSHORE FLOW
WILL RESUME THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE MOVES
EAST. A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP FRIDAY AND INCREASE
SATURDAY AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS ON
SATURDAY. A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED SUNDAY
AS WINDS GRADUALLY INCREASE BEHIND THE FRONT. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
DECREASE THROUGH MONDAY AS A HIGH PRESSURE CENTER APPROACHES FROM
