WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE THIS AFTERNOON IN
RESPONSE TO DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE.
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT...WITH MODERATE TO
STRONG ONSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING BY WEDNESDAY. STRONG ONSHORE FLOW
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT. THE
FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS EARLY FRIDAY.
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED
NEAR THIS FRONT. MUCH COLDER...DRIER AND WINDY CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT FRIDAY. OFFSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL
