DISTURBANCE WILL PROVIDE A CHANCE OF RAIN TODAY ACROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS. MORE RAIN IS LIKELY AGAIN BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON AS ANOTHER
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AFFECTS THE REGION. A MODERATE TO STRONG
EAST TO NORTHEAST FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE REMAINS ANCHORED TO THE NORTH WITH LOW PRESSURE TO THE
SOUTH. ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN ON WEDNESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE
DEEPENS ALONG THE RIO GRANDE. THE SURFACE LOW WILL SHIFT NORTHEAST
RESULTING IN A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW ON THURSDAY
CONTINUING INTO FRIDAY. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND SCATTERED
