.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY AS
A SURFACE TROUGH DEVELOPS ALONG THE SOUTH TEXAS COASTLINE.
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND PERSIST
THROUGH FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS SOUTH
TEXAS. THE RAIN WILL END BY FRIDAY NIGHT AS THE DISTURBANCE MOVES
EAST OF THE WATERS. GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST
SATURDAY THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY DUE TO SURFACE LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE
RIO GRANDE. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS BY LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT AND RESULT IN MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
THROUGH MONDAY.
