WILL PUSH OFFSHORE THROUGH THE MID-MORNING HOURS...WITH MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE SURGING
INTO THE WESTERN RIO GRANDE WILL GENERATE STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT...AND WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN
SATURDAY AS THE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AXIS ENTERS THE
WESTERN GULF. AS LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO DEVELOP OVER MEXICO ON
SUNDAY...ONSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN. RAIN
CHANCES WILL PEAK EARLY MONDAY AS THE SURFACE LOW PRESSURE MOVES
THROUGH THE NORTHWEST GULF. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON MONDAY
AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS SOUTHWARD
