.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY DUE TO
PERSISTENT LOW PRESSURE ACROSS WEST TEXAS AND MEXICO. ONSHORE
FLOW WILL WEAKEN BY FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS WESTWARD INTO
SOUTH TEXAS AND THE COASTAL WATERS. LARGE SEAS WILL PERSIST FOR
MOST OF THE WEEK DUE TO THE LONG FETCH OF MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW
OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND
ABUNDANT MOISTURE WILL MAINTAIN A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH MOST OF THE WEEK.
