.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A VERY WEAK
ONSHORE FLOW THIS MORNING WILL BECOME WEAK TO MODERATE THIS
AFTERNOON. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN STRENGTHEN FURTHER TONIGHT
AND THURSDAY...BECOMING MODERATE TO STRONG...IN RESPONSE TO
DEEPENING SURFACE LOW PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS.
A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THURSDAY AND WEAKEN
BRIEFLY FRIDAY MORNING. THE FLOW WILL INCREASE AGAIN FRIDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS WEST OF THE RIO
GRANDE AHEAD OF AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. THIS DISTURBANCE
WILL PROVIDE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY NIGHT.
A PACIFIC COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS ON
SATURDAY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS ALONG
THE FRONT. WEAK FLOW WILL OCCUR SUNDAY DUE TO A WEAK PRESSURE
GRADIENT.
