.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...LOW PRESSURE
LIFTING NORTHEAST OUT OF THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL DRAG A WEAK
TROUGH ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE TODAY. THIS WILL ALLOW STRONG ONSHORE
WINDS TO DECREASE TO MORE MODERATE LEVELS BY AFTERNOON. THE
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST INTO SATURDAY NIGHT BEFORE
SHIFTING OFFSHORE AS A WEAK COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE AREA.
OFFSHORE FLOW BEHIND THE FRONT WILL BECOME LIGHT THROUGH MIDWEEK.
