.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. AN UPPER
LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. AS A RESULT...A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY
WILL MOVE OFFSHORE AND RESULT IN MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW. THE FLOW
WILL WEAKEN BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON...AS A WEAK SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM ENTERS THE COASTAL WATERS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER
THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.
