.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
LIGHT TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW EXPECTED TODAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
INCREASE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS NEAR THE
TEXAS PANHANDLE. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH SOUTH TEXAS ON
FRIDAY...BUT REMAIN NORTH OF THE WATERS THROUGH SATURDAY BEFORE
MOVING BACK NORTH AS A WARM FRONT. THE MAIN IMPACT OF THE
BOUNDARY WILL BE SLIGHTLY DIMINISHED ONSHORE FLOW FRIDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL INCREASE BY
SUNDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER WEST TEXAS.
