FLOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND PERSIST THROUGH THE EVENING
HOURS AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS. STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY IN RESPONSE TO
AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ENTERING THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. STRONG
ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...THEN WEAKEN
SLIGHTLY ON FRIDAY AS A WEAK COLD FRONT STALLS ACROSS CENTRAL TEXAS.
