Another day of gusty southeasterly to southerly winds is expected over
the region. Winds should increase to around 25-32 MPH by late this
morning with gusts up to 42 MPH and will continue around those levels
through about sunset. Winds should gradually decrease this evening.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDWEEK AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
ENTERS WEST TEXAS. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH BY LATE THURSDAY
AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY ENTERS NORTH TEXAS AND STALLS. ADDITIONAL
MOISTURE WILL BUILD INTO THE WATERS DURING THE WEEKEND AS AN UPPER
LEVEL TROUGH APPROACHES TEXAS. MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL BE
SUFFICIENT BY THE WEEKEND ALONG WITH SURFACE AND UPPER LEVEL
FORCING TO PROVIDE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
