.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW AND HIGH SEAS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID-MORNING DUE TO A
STRONG GRADIENT FLOW. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH FROM WEST TO
EAST OVER THE COASTAL WATERS LATER TODAY AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY
ENTERS NORTH TEXAS THEN STALLS. AS THE WINDS GRADUALLY WEAKEN
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY...SEAS WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TO BELOW 7 FEET
LATE FRIDAY. UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES WILL ALSO GENERATE A
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE WEEKEND AS SEVERAL
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES INTERACT WITH ABUNDANT MOISTURE. THE
RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH ON MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT
BEGINS TO BUILD INTO THE WATERS.
