.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY. AN
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVING OUT OF NORTHEAST MEXICO MONDAY
NIGHT INTO SOUTH TEXAS TUESDAY WILL PROVIDE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY. A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
TUESDAY NIGHT WILL INCREASE TO STRONG WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT IN RESPONSE TO A DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER WEST
TEXAS. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS THE
LOW PRESSURE AREA WEAKENS OVER SOUTHWEST TEXAS.
