ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL TODAY. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN
STRENGTHEN OVER THE WEEKEND AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE
PLAINS. A GENERALLY MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP AGAIN
EARLY NEXT WEEK AS HIGH PRESSURE PERSISTS ACROSS NORTHERN GULF
COAST.
