ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME BY LATE AFTERNOON...AS LOW PRESSURE
MOVES INTO CENTRAL TEXAS. THE LOW WILL MOVE EAST
OVERNIGHT...ALLOWING A FRONTAL BOUNDARY TO MOVE INTO THE WATERS.
A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY TUESDAY
MORNING BEHIND THE BOUNDARY AND THEN WEAKEN TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME EARLY WEDNESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES EAST. THE NEXT COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
REGION LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...WITH A
MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW TEMPORARILY DEVELOPING BEHIND
