.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE BEHIND A COLD FRONT WHICH MOVED
THROUGH THE WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL WEAKEN LATER TODAY...AS
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO EAST TEXAS AND RELAXES THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT. THIS HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL THEN RAPIDLY MOVE
EASTWARD AND WEAKEN BY FRIDAY. THIS WILL ALLOW ONSHORE FLOW TO
DEVELOP. AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS EAST OF THE ROCKIES THROUGH
EARLY NEXT WEEK...ONSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE.
