.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...GENERALLY WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL PERSIST TODAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
STRENGTHEN LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AND WILL REMAIN MODERATE TO
STRONG THROUGH THURSDAY AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS EAST OF
THE ROCKIES. ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE OVER THE
OFFSHORE WATERS AS DEEP LOW LEVEL MOISTURE REMAINS ACROSS THE
REGION. THIS LOW WILL SLIDE EAST AND DRIVE A STRONG COLD FRONT
ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. THIS FRONT WILL PROVIDE
SCATTERED SHOWERS FOLLOWED BY STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS ON FRIDAY.
WIND GUSTS WILL LIKELY EXCEED GALE FORCE EARLY FRIDAY. WINDS WILL
DECREASE TO LIGHT TO MODERATE LEVELS OUT OF THE NORTHEAST BY
SATURDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES ACROSS THE TEXAS COASTAL
PLAINS.
