.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...THE ONSHORE FLOW
WILL STRENGTHEN THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS
THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. A STRONG ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED OVER THE
GULF WATERS BY THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS ON THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
FRIDAY MORNING PRODUCING A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BRING A CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ON FRIDAY BEHIND THE
COLD FRONT.
