A MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW EARLY THIS
MORNING WILL DECREASE THEN BECOME ONSHORE DURING THE AFTERNOON...
AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES TO THE EAST. A WEAK TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AS A WEAK
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE REMAINS OVER WEST TEXAS. THE NEXT COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON OR EVENING WITH A MODERATE
TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW EXPECTED IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT.
