.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN TODAY INTO TONIGHT AS AN
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER WEST TEXAS. WINDS WILL
INCREMENTALLY INCREASE THROUGH THE WEEKEND WITH BUILDING SEAS.
STRONGER WINDS AND HIGHER SEAS ARE LIKELY MONDAY AND TUESDAY AS A
STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES INTO TEXAS. STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR MONDAY AHEAD OF THE
NEXT COLD FRONT. A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED BEHIND THE
COLD FRONT ON TUESDAY.
