PRESSURE OVER SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS THIS MORNING WILL GRADUALLY MOVE
INTO THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO TODAY...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS
OVER THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES. AS A RESULT...THE MODERATE TO STRONG
OFFSHORE FLOW EARLY THIS MORNING WILL DIMINISH...THEN BECOME
ONSHORE DURING THE AFTERNOON. ONSHORE WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT
AND WEDNESDAY AS THE SURFACE LOW DEEPENS. MODERATE TO STRONG
ONSHORE FLOW AND ELEVATED SEAS WILL THEN PERSIST THROUGH SATURDAY
AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
