.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE REMAINS PARKED OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A PACIFIC
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
INTO MONDAY RESULTING IN A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW. THE
FRONT WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
BEGINNING SUNDAY THROUGH LATE MONDAY MORNING. THE NORTHEAST FLOW
QUICKLY BECOMES EAST- SOUTHEAST BY MONDAY EVENING AS HIGH PRESSURE
