.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...ONSHORE FLOW
WILL INCREASE TODAY AND THURSDAY IN RESPONSE TO DEEPENING
LOW PRESSURE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE AREA ON FRIDAY RESULTING IN A MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW
FRIDAY NIGHT. ONSHORE WINDS WILL AGAIN RESUME QUICKLY BEHIND THIS
FRONT ON SATURDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE PUSHES EAST INTO THE DEEP
SOUTH. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE ON SUNDAY AS LOW PRESSURE
DEEPENS ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.
