.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TODAY
AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE SLOWLY MOVES EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL ENTER NORTH TEXAS AND STALL OVER
CENTRAL TEXAS WEDNESDAY AND RESULT IN A SLIGHT DECREASE IN THE
WIND OVER THE WATERS. A MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL
RESUME THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE STRENGTHENS AGAIN
OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
