.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY MORNING AND RESULT IN A MODERATE
TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE REGION.
A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY LATE THURSDAY AS
THE SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
INCREASE FRIDAY AS SURFACE LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS.
