MAY PROVIDE SOME OFFSHORE WINDS BRIEFLY...THEN A LIGHT TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW SHOULD RESUME IN THE AFTERNOON. SOME LARGE SEAS WILL
PERSIST...ESPECIALLY OFFSHORE THIS MORNING...THEN SEAS SHOULD
SLOWLY DECREASE THROUGH THURSDAY. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
WILL CONTINUE FOR FRIDAY AND INTO THE WEEKEND AS DRY CONDITIONS
