.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...LIGHT TO MODERATE
ONSHORE WINDS AND LOW SEAS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE NEXT SEVERAL
DAYS. BRIEF AND ISOLATED LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE
EACH MORNING ACROSS THE OPEN WATERS DUE TO AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
LOCATED OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. AN UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL
MOVE WEST INTO THE GULF WATERS SATURDAY AND TO THE RIO GRANDE ON
SUNDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING IN BETTER TROPICAL MOISTURE ACROSS
THE REGION PROVIDING ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY AND
MONDAY.
