SWELLS ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL STORM NATE WILL CONTINUE TO
DECREASE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. A WEAK WIND REGIME TODAY WILL
INCREASE SLIGHTLY TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS
OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS THEN FORECAST
FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK WITH SEAS GRADUALLY BUILDING DUE TO
