.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE UPPER TEXAS COAST AND INTO THE NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO
AND A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE RIO GRANDE WILL MAINTAIN A
WEAK TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW TODAY. WINDS WILL BECOME
NORTHERLY BEHIND A FRONT THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS
AROUND SUNRISE FRIDAY MORNING. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE FRONT ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS OF THE
MIDDLE TEXAS COAST. A WEAK AND VARIABLE BUT GENERALLY ONSHORE
FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING. A WEAK TO
